Named after the fearless Chinaco warriors, who tirelessly fought for Mexico during both the War of Reforms and the French Intervention. Today Chinaco is still managed by the Gonzales family, who themselves are fighters, waging 'war' against large tequila producers and representing small 'jimadores'.
