Located in Hammersmith, west London, Sipsmith Distillery was one of the first new distilleries to open in London for more than 200 years. Filled with welcoming staff and an abundance of gin, the distillery is the perfect location for a gin tour.

Sipsmith Serves

There are plenty of ways to enjoy Sipsmith gin. The classic is Sipsmith’s Perfect Gin & Tonic: fill a highball glass with ice, add 50ml of Sipsmith London Dry Gin, top with Fever-Tree tonic and add a wedge of lime or lemon. Alternatively, for something richer and more full-bodied, try the Sipsmith Sloe Gin Negroni: combine 15ml each of Sipsmith London Dry Gin, Sipsmith Sloe Gin, vermouth and Campari in an ice-filled rocks glass, stir, then add a lemon twist or orange wedge.
