Zen Sake

One of the most technically accomplished daiginjo’s available. Zen is made by the Naniwa Brewery in Osaka. This elegant and extremely fine sake is a match made in heaven with Mediterranean cuisine. Zen reminds one of a classic New Zealand Sauvignon-Blanc and is a fascinatingly contrasting combination of New, Old, and Eastern Worlds. Zen can be drunk cold or hot, both offering great outcomes.
