Distilling Company

Founded by Rick Dacey and Ian Warborn-Jones in 2019, Outlier Distilling Company is based in an old milking shed on a farm in the north of the Isle of Man - the only nation to be recognised as a UNESCO biosphere. The focus is producing sustainable drinks that use local ingredients where possible, including hand-foraged fruit and Manx-grown grain.

Producing a range of innovative drinks, mainly using Manx ingredients, the range includes Hoolie - a white rum made using molasses fermented and distilled on the island, Hedge Fund - a German-style schnapps made from locally hand-foraged blackberries and elderberries, Honey Bun - a honey liqueur made with Manx honey, and Pudtroleum - a seasonal overproof rum perfect for lighting over your Christmas pudding.
