12 Year Old
Distilled in the rugged, remote Orkney Islands, Highland Park 12 Year Old is a careful balance between earthy, smoky peat, sweet heather honey and rich fruit cake. Made using locally-cut peat from Hobbister Moor, this whisky has a floral smokiness, full of heather and honeysuckle notes.

About the producer
On Kirkwall in the remote Orkney islands – once ruled by the Viking Kings of Norway and Denmark – lies Highland Park distillery. Known for its smoky single malts, Highland Park uses peat cut from Hobbister Moor. Dense and heathery, this peat burns slowly and provides a complex, floral smokiness to the barley. Proud of its Viking heritage, Highland Park has named a number of single malts after local Viking heroes.
