    This is my favorite Bourbon by far. Most Bourbons are sickly sweet and viscous. This is fine, light and elegant. Love it.

    Not as good as I expected. Many bourbons have that particular "burnt corn" or "clue" note, and this Evan Williams has very high proportion of that unpleasant aroma. Not a terrible one, but not very good either.

    What a real bourbon should be. Smooth, caramel, spice, oak and a bit of leather. Way better than JB or JD. Little known secret... or is it? (#2 favorite on shelves )
