Product Description
RinQuinQuin is a very smart French peach aperitif made by combining white wine with infusions and distillations of peaches and peach leaves. The term RinQuinQuin was originally a generic word. In the Provençal language, it means 'invigorating drink' (from the verb requinquilhar: to cheer up).
The peaches and leaves are macerated separately in alcohol and wine in order to extract the parts that are soluble.
At the end of the required maceration period (six months to one year), the infusions that are obtained are separated into two parts. The liquid part is added to the white wine. The solid part is distilled and then added.

A delightful taste of Provence! Light and lovely for summer entertaining.
Amazing. Instead of rose or pastis, we were brought this with a selection of aperos. It is sublime, absolutely wonderful.
Here I am searching the web for a favorite from 22 years ago! This is it! And I will buy it again! At least back then, this was a beautiful peach flavor...not too sweet and every bit a peach! My French boyfriend and I arrived at our overnight stay in a lovely place in Provence...it was hot. We were served a glass with a couple of ice cubes and this memory-maker!
