A deliciously tasty gin from the highly innovative Williams Chase distillery in Herefordshire. Not content with knocking out the delightful Chase potato vodka, they've now bottled this wonderfully fresh (and pleasantly potent) gin, distilled from their own organically grown apples. Bravo!

Best G&T I've ever tasted was made with this. I know it's personal taste, but for me and my friend this was wonderful. I can't wait to visit the distillery.

I received a bottle of Williams Chase Elegant from a visiting couple from England whom I met on the Queen Elizabeth last summer. I'm hooked, it's clean, fresh, and has the slightest sweetness. No need for vermouth in THIS martini. Just a bit of lemon peel. Very smooth.

Tried this for the first time when visiting the Chase Distillery - so good it doesn't need tonic just a cube of ice or two! Highly recommended :0)

I may just move to London to have access to this delicious gin. I'm a novice as my palette only developed in the last year or two but this is truly the best gin I've tried. I purchased this at Heathrow and can't wait to order more. XO

If you like your gins different and distinctive then this a must for the collection, it reminds me a bit of G'vine in that to smell it you would still wonder if it was a gin. The apples give it a nice sourness on the palate and is nice served with a slice of red apple, or alternatively with Lemon peel and Liquorice. 83/100

Picked this up in duty-free in Heathrow and sadly, it's not available in US I don't think. It is smooth, subtle, tasty, mixes well. TOP CLASS Gin
