    R&D,

    Delicious light ginger flavour. Although the description says it contains vanilla it it not obvious - but presumably like the best recipes there to modify the flavour but not dominate. There is a slight citrusiness and is not over sweet. Probably good with cheese. No idea how well it keeps but at 35% alcohol we are hopeful.
