The Sipsmith London gin is a extremely gentle and smooth dry gin it’s my favourite gin!

Sipsmith is an appropriate moniker as this is excellent with a bit of lime on the rocks.

I've tried dozens of gins, but this is the first one that might displace Bombay Sapphire as my go-to martini gin. Need to find the right vermouth to pair it with, as it has more citrus and pepper than Bombay, and is much less floral than Tanqueray 10. Unique and delicious.
