Never had an experience with Maker's Mark or any of their products that I haven't enjoyed. The best "starter" whisky. Accessible, good, and inexpensive.

Makers Mark is My favourite bourbon. It makes fantastic cocktails but I find drinking neat or with a couple of rocks is where it really shines! The nose is light with strong hints of vanilla. A must try!

I love this Bourbon, it is oh so smooth and pleasant to drink. The nose is very sweet and welcoming. This Bourbon is ridiculously smooth and has a warm and toasty taste to it. There is a little bit of spice in the aftertaste which I love. I still haven't found a Bourbon to match it.

I first tried Makers about 5 yrs ago and I now know why it’s took this long to buy again . It’s not for me guys, I much more prefer a High Rye bourbon with a dry spicy finish. I find this bland and boring, and sadly i find myself reaching for the ginger ale. and what’s with the strong ethanol nose.. 45% abv is no excuse. Jim beam double oak is 43% and is way more complex in flavour and nose, not to mention Wild Turkey 101, I could go on and on .

Smooth but complex as it hits the back of the tongue. The fire builds slowly creating a warm floral after-taste with hints of vanilla and toffee. I found that adding a drop of ice water to the glass before you pour, releases even more subtle flavors.
