    Amazing

I brought this from my local supermarket as it was on offer. While it lacks the backnotes of a Highland Malt, it is noticeably more refined than most Bourbons while still having a good strong rummy kick.

Bought a bottle on vacation in France. And I was in for a nice surprise. This is a very nice rye whisky. The rum finish gives it something extra. The whisky pairs very good with a Balmoral Anejo XO Oscuro Gran Toro in the evening sun.

I have purchased Pine Creek many times and find it an excellent Rye. I think as it is aged in Rum Barrels gives that something extra. Nice flavour and after taste very pleasant.

If you like a nice Island malt, but also like rum, like myself, you will love this. Totally recommend, just a little nip of water, enough to bring it alive.

I drink a lot of different bourbons, and I find this pleasant, but a little too sweet. Whilst it is smooth, it lacks a little punch that Wild Turkey or Buffalo Trace provides, but it's nice to have a wider selection available.

Hi, great article. I got a chance to sample the American release of Pike Creek port finished, and although it is a bit on the light side, I quite enjoyed it. Looking forward to trying their rum release - but sad to read that the port releases are no longer made. It is difficult finding a good and affordable, port-finished bourbon, so this port-finished Canadian whiskey was quite a find. Any others like it?

Definitely a bit rough, the first impression is one of pure strong alcohol, but it grew on me. Less floral than most American bourbons, and the rum flavours really start to come out as you drink. Went from mildly disappointed to a real fan by my second drink.

Word of warning, even if this is obvious, this is like a bourbon with a hint of rum. For me the flavour is not what I want when I buy a bourbon/whiskey, however the quality is fine.

Although not very complex and misses on the kick aftertaste it is an overall pleasant, smooth, and, slightly sweet tasting whisky easy to drink. I have experimented by blending it with some traditional KY bourbon that adds a little more character and cranks this one up to a favorite of mine

Sharp pepper to start, then follows with a nice sweet caramel. It really is a good whisky for the occasional tasting. It reminds me a lot of Blanton’s, and it’s half the price. Good value whisky for the dollar for sure.

I drink a good bullet or wild turkey or JD American bourbon and I can say this is by far the best whisky/bourbon from across the water you can buy. smooth, sweet caramel rum Finnish...delicious .If you like American style spirits.

Quite simple and straight forward taste. A bit harsh at first but then sweet and the rum flavour. Not bad but not great either. Would stick to my Scotch and Kentucky Whisky's in the future.

I thought this was one of the best whiskey's I have ever had of those which still sits in an affordable price range; smooth, flavorful and distinct.

Sorry. Thought it was very rough with no distinct taste. Bought it over similar priced Tullibardine 500 and JW green . What a mistake

After watching and reading good reviews I bought it . Well I wish I hadn't....it's as rough as a grizzly,s back side .... I'm a rum, bourbon, and scotch drinker, that's why this bottle caught my eye, plus there's not a lot of Canadian whisky,s on sale in the uk...so I was intrigued. You can taste the caramel and the rum from the barrels it's matured in, but as far as saying it's 10 yr old I wouldnt waste the years maturing it in my mind. Not for me guys....
