Released in 2021, Ben Nevis Coire Leis is named after one of the distillery's main water sources, located on Ben Nevis itself. Rich, sweet aromas of toffee, vanilla, honey, oaky spice and barley sugars fill the nose, complemented by notes of ripe pears, apricots, sweet malt, Crème Anglaise and rich oak throughout the palate.

Coire Leis - am a big fan of Ben Nevis whiskies, working my way through them - Coire is very pale, lovely honeyed nose, lifted palate of brioche, almonds, heather honey, and some salty light toffee notes on the finish. Big fan, and have invested in a cask at Ben Nevis for the longer term

One of the creamiest noses I've ever had which is backed up by an underlying fruitiness.Cream and apricot(probably) on the palate which becomes spice oak rich and eventually chocolate at the tail end of a med/long finish. How to do a NAS from Ben Nevis and will replace as soon as finished

Well made, ticks the boxes (Non Chill Filtered - Natural Colour - 46%vol), but I think is still too young
