Product Description
Peaty whisky from Tobermory on the Isle of Mull, named after a previous incarnation of the distillery. Maritime and smoky, this rivals some of the Islay drams for power, and the 10 year old balances the intensity of youth with rounded, well-aged spirit.

Customer Reviews

I can't taste the lemon but there is plenty of smoke, peat and brine. If you like Islay then this will not disappoint.
The first whiff of Ledaig 10 greets me with a delightful dance of smoke and sweet berries, all underlined by a playful hint of mint chocolate. Tasting it, my palate is embraced by that promised smokiness, sweetened by an undertow of smooth vanilla. This whisky captivates with its bold character, leaving behind a lasting impression with a spicy pepper and subtle sea salt finish. For me, Ledaig 10 has earned its place as a go-to, offering a robust and deeply satisfying journey with every glass.
Ledaig 10 is my go-to whisky. It’s is a well-balanced spirit that gives you pretty much everything you want from a peated whisky - and at a cheaper price point than some of its more heralded Islay competitors.
For me, personally, this dram hits the Goldilocks zone. It has all the subtle elements of an Islay whisky with the smoke and brine you come to expect, but also a complexity that makes it so well balanced with that hint of lemon. Dinking it neat, I am never disappointed with its body and its flavor!
This is every bit as good as your Islay whisky. A really well balanced Smoky savoury dram.
