Simple, elegant, pliable -- this gin ticks a lot of boxes. In my top 5 gins for sure. Clean, smooth, great in a martini or with tonic. My only gripe is that the new bottle label is not nearly as nice. The plain black cursive on white with the red insignia had a refined quality befitting the gin itself.

I discovered this on a trip to Edinburgh, it makes a great gin and tonic with Fevertree (or even the waitrose own-brand)
