    Given my near total inability to distinguish great vintage sherry from the more affordable variants, not to mention my lack of the oenological vocabulary to describe such nuances, I've hesitated to post a review. But I suppose that even an opinion from the clueless might be helpful to those contemplating this purchase. It's smooth and tasty. Uh huh, that's it, but I guess I need to learn to appreciate it, not just enjoy it, right? And of course appreciating it means being able to talk about it in the language of the cognoscenti. Not sure I will achieve that, but I will try and may be better prepared to post an intelligent and helpful review the next time around.

    Powerhouse sherry but what would accompany it with , we've tried nuts bressola ( dried beef ) olives blue cheese terrine , there's nothing that we have in the larder that can stand up to it . Any suggestions. Too dry for fruits of the dried variety
