    Lucky Luke,

I am lucky enough to live next door to a whisky collector who's favourite distillery is Ardbeg. He very generously came around with a bottle of this during a special evening I was hosting. This is the most memorable whisky I have ever tasted. I don't have my tasting notes but my memories are Cigars, leather arm chairs polish open fires and refined elegance. The extra weight with the 50% took this dram to a new height, as I have tasted other very old Ardbegs in the lower 40% but this was something else.
