A real surprise when I took my first few sips - I'm more of a single malt person - full flavoured, yet so very smooth ('creamy' comes to mind), fruity, with no harshness whatsoever. Suits my taste to a 'T', love it and, halfway through the bottle, after just two weeks - I don't even drink that much single malt! Highly recommended.

I used the think Maxim Trijol was the go-to mid range premium cognac but A E For knocks that into a cocked hat! This is such a smooth, mellow yet full flavoured cognac you could be mistaken for thinking you had paid 4 or 5 times more than you need to. What a drink .... simply awesome ??
