This is, for the money, the best rye out there in my opinion. While it doesn’t have the complexity of some of its more pricey rivals, it’s a beautifully smooth, sippable whiskey with enough spice to make it an absolute favourite

Really delicious, fruity many layered Rye that goes down so easily! Will definitely buy again.

Nose: Initially peppery with hints of dried cumin and coriander, which then gives way to woody cinnamon, clove and vanilla. Palate: Sweet (but not cloyingly so) and peppery orange peel. Slightly oily in the mouthfeel, with a gentle tannic finish. Overall: An excellent - versatile - rye whiskey for the price. Good enough to sip neat, while also low enough in price to feel comfortable making cocktails with it.
