Product Description
This historic single pot still Irish whiskey had its genesis in Dublin grocer Mitchell's, but the revamped whiskey has now has spread across the world to huge acclaim, along with the other products in the Spots Whiskey range. The accessible but complex Green Spot is a delightful combination of fruit, toffee and malt, and a fine example of Irish pot still whiskey.
I love the Spot Whiskeys in general, but Green Spot is my favourite. For me, it's the true definition of a smooth Irish whiskey, but I love that even if though it's so approachable, you still get full-bodied, complex flavours. It's absolutely delicious. Adriana Morris-Pérez, The Whisky Exchange

Tasting Notes
Tasting Notes by Stuart P
Nose
Toffee and malt dominate, but still rather lean and clean, with a smattering of apple and pear.
Palate
Soft on the palate, with chewy maltiness, and gentle fruit.
Finish
Quite short, but lovely balance between the fruit and malt.

Excellent whiskey tried it on holiday and was delighted with it and I'm scottish
Incredible Smooth drink
Great whiskey, would highly recommend
Top notch, very smooth, only redbreast can be better
I started my whiskey journey with the well known Irish brands but then moved to Scotch and found myself liking the smoky and peaty affairs which was my preference.. Seen this as a recommendation so I thought I'd try it and boy, what a surprise. Crisp green apples on the nose also on initial tasting moving to a toffee/bourbon/minty affair smoothing out to vanilla. Finish is quite short for me, but that's not a minus. My new favourite!
