Nose
Toasty oak, spicy Vanilla and caramel with tar, mocha coffee, rolling tobacco, ripe banana and gingerbread.

Palate
Spicy, buttery corn-on-the-cob with vanilla, salt, mocha coffee, overrpipe banana, gingerbread and cracked black pepper spice. Slight honeyed sweetness. The extra few per cent alcohol over regular Jack is evident and is best appreciated without water.

Have to say I love this JD White Rabbit, It's smooth with more depth of flavour but not as sweet as a standard JD it's quite a different flavour profile from Gentleman Jack while still retaining all of the best of JD, quite possibly my favourite bourbon but at it's much higher price point it's hard to go past a nice Appleton's or Havana Club rum or a Gentleman Jack for that matter. Makes an excellent gift though :-)

I bought four or five years ago. Bought 5 cases I liked it so much. down to 28 bottles. Enjoy drinking but, I fear I'll run out down the road.

I will say it this one the best Jack has ever made. Hard to get so I try to make it last as long as I can. Soooo smooth. If I could give 10 stars I would. You will not be disappointed.
