    Anonymous,

Had a few of these and an absolute favourite of mine. Superb quality and although it is not a cheap product in the context it is extremely good value

    Jim Bergin,

Excellent. Lovely whisky, well-packaged and delivered promptly.

    Laverdaman,

Bought as I could not find 12 yo Macallan which is a classic (and expensive). This Double Cask Gold is not in the same league, obviously less time in the cask and a special to keep revenues flowing at the distillery. It's not bad, but it disappoints given the price. Not memorable or distinctive, just pleasant enough. Lacks depth and smoothness that traditional Macallan is famous for.

    Georgina Evangelista,

Yes. It's smooth and warm. Oh and yummy!

I’ll stick to ones starting Glen,

Gutting. Assumed it would be good by reputation. Nothing on the nose, palate or finish. However as you can’t taste much and there’s little burn you could say it’s a swigging whisky If you’re that way inclined.
