Absolutely delicious although a little sweeter than the rhubarb and ginger gin.

This is an elegant and outstanding gin. Not overly strong but delicious over ice, with a really well balanced Elderflower taste. I'm ashamed to say it only lasted me 3 days. 3 happy, contented days :)
