Fantastic drink, love it. To all the bad reviews, this is not Brandy. It is a brandy based liqueur, with muscat wine and Mediterranean botanicals. Personally I love it. Not classified as brandy or cognac so unfair to compare as that. Know what you are drinking.

I returned this product as I couldn't believe how terrible it tasted. I was assured that there was nothing wrong with it and so I had to write it off to experience. If you crave the taste of Benylin cough syrup in a brandy, then Metaxa 12 star is possibly for you. If not, then avoid!
