This is a surprisingly smooth cognac for its price range. Sips well neat but I prefer with a touch of water.
One of the best cognacs I've tasted below £200. Well worth a shot.
Usually I prefer Whiskey rather than cognac. This is the first cognac that I prefer rather than many kinds of whiskey. Very good taste and nice to drink on a quiet evening.
A decent cognac presented in a unique bottle. A full aroma with notes of dried fruits, fruity with taste of spices. To give away and treat yourself
Nice bottle. Not the smoothest of cognacs, but not the worst. Worth the experiment for me. Recommended with mixers. A bit harsh when drunk neat.
A little harsh and yet bland. Disappointing, Courvoisier VSOP is far better. Very nice bottle though. It is excellent for cooking.
