Mellow is a very good description. I would also add lovely and good value for money .

Definitely not a flavor bomb, it's probably the right fit when you're in the mood for something a little more laid back. The vanilla is really present in the nose, there's some pear as well. The rest of the notes you have to hunt a bit for. This is a good springtime whisky when the weather begs for something a little more mellow.
