This is an amazing aperitif. I'm just starting my aperitif journey, but I think that this is a great replacement for Campari in a spritz or cardinale. There is still some bitterness in Americano Rosa, but the flavour is much more rounded - I mainly get orange pith and a kind of woody/herbal finish. Really lovely

Absolutely my favourite winter tipple, please make it cheaper! Don’t add tonic water, spoils it utterly. On the rocks with half a lime squeezed in and then left in.

Try this with Tonic Water for the perfect, most refreshing Summer drink. Beautiful alternative to Pimms, Italian style!! Serve with a pink grapefruit or orange slice.
