Fair Rum is produced using only Fair Trade Certified sugar cane from Belize, grown using organic and sustainable farming methods. It is then aged in American oak barrels, before being shipped to Cognac to be bottled. This is aromatic with spicy notes and a long finish.

    This incredible Rum is made from molasses and aged for five years in American oak barrels, uses traditional fermentation and distillation processes. It has a golden amber color with complex tasting notes which include coffee, chocolate, and banana. This rum has also a delightful vanilla and chocolate finish. Definitely less expensive than a trip to Belize ! Cheers !
