    To the above, TWE did not bottle this whisky and would be foolish to interfere with the original packaging. This bottle was released in the mid 1980s and is presented in its original box. In those days bottles didn't come in wooden boxes. For a collector, original packaging is more important. If someone wants to keep it in a wooden box, they can go to any specialist wine shop and buy a blank one.

    1936 before the second world war , ?1,650 , and for that you get a 30p cardboard box to keep it in come on Whisky Exchange is there not anything better to house a very fine whisky in please
