Tried a bottle of this Santiago de Cuba 12 as a big fan of Havana club rum.This rum is a similar price to Havana club selection de maestros and imo it hasn’t the quality and depth but possibly person preference and the fact that i fell for Havana club in Havana so a bit of nostalgia too.can’t fault this much tbh and the second drink of it onwards place it as a grower.fancied the Santiago 11 as got great reviews but wasn’t in stock

An excellent sipping rum straight or with a little ice. Great flavour and does work very well with a quality Cuban cigar. The Cubans themselves regard this as the top end brand of rum from their beautiful island. I've had a couple of bottles of this quality rum and when visiting Cuba this is one of my regular tipples. A must for your collection when it comes back into stock
