At first I was thrown off, strong almost bournon finish, very heavy flavour that was hard to put a finger on. After letting the bottle sit I have hit that sweet spot and is it ever complex! Amazing depth, from nose to finish this is an amazing value at $65 CDN! Will definitely be buying another bottle to stash for winter nights in the flask.
Replaced the long gone previous bottle. A fine whiskey.
Smooth taste with a hint of wine in the background. The best Irish whiskey in this price range.
A lovely smooth tasting single grain boosted by the wine finish which adds so much more complexity, body and flavour.
