Meaty and sweet with bitter tannins, sweet toffee, fudge, green leaves, dried mixed herbs dark chocolate, marmalade and anise.

Really enjoyed this Irish single grain whisky, I would go as far to say one of the best single grain whiskies I've ever had, and adding water only helps elevate the experience. Certainly helps being a hight alcoholic strength and non-chill filtered, solid 4.5 stars.

A first class grain whiskey. Often thought of as the poor relative of the single malt but only fully appreciated when tasted. My first bottle will soon need replacing. Give it a go!
