Arran 10yo is a medium-bodied, citrussy dram that shows an elegance and deftness of touch that belies the distillery's youth. Tasting the complexity and assurance of this youngster it is difficult to believe that the distillery only opened in 1995. A great achievement.

Arran 10 is a fine whisky, I have had older more revered whiskies from highly rated regions that do not come close to this. I'm no expert and this is only my opinion but Arran distillery has found gold with this one.

Aside from the classy packaging/bottling, this whisky is an absolute work of art. A malty delight which is worth every penny! It is in my top 5 favorite whiskies and I will always have a bottle on the shelf.. great for beginners and experienced scotch drinks alike

A wonderful dram. The fruits are there from start to finish with a light reminder of the 46ABV towards the back of the tongue. Fresh woodland notes draw you in to an earthy but distant hard wood fire. Ever so subtle ashtray through the nose long after the finish. Not heavy in the slightest though! This dances through is complexities allowing a real-time experience of fresh flavours. Highly recommended and outstanding for such a young distillery.

This whiskey started rough and mellowed out at the half-bottle mark. Initial tasting was dominated by oak spice and bitterness. Spice subsided once the whiskey had a chance to breathe in the bottle a bit, bitterness remained. Not bad, not “easy” drinking either.
