CapuCana translates as 'sugar-cane house'. Distilled in the Piracicaba region of Brazil and aged for three years, this is a citrusy style of cachaça that is excellent as a base for cocktails.

Leathery apricot delicately wooded with biscuit, orange fudge, aloe vera and ground black pepper.

Perhaps more rum-like than cachaça with stewed fruit and very grassy in character with honey blossom, vanilla and pear.

Citrus zest bursts forth. Creamy, slightly sweet with floral notes.

It’s a very good cachaca with plenty of citrus notes, body, and hints of floral on the palate. This would make an AWESOME base for craft cocktails. Craft cocktails is something that I’m really striving for people to go and try. Crafting these cocktails can be fun and result in amazing flavors!
