Nordes is a Galician gin inspired by the eponymous fresh northerly Atlantic wind. Made using pomace from Albarino grapes, the botanicals include juniper, ginger, hibiscus and liquorice, resulting in a unique and intriguing gin.

Had this gin for the first time in Portugal - WOW!! My new favourite, a fabulous flavour and not too dry. I usually pair with Fevertree Light Elderflower Tonic - perfection!!

Very strong and overpowering liquorice and bubble gum flavour. Didn't like it.

I had Nordes Gin in Spain and fell in love with it. It is difficult to find in the US. It has beautiful botanical flavors.
