I love this gin. Genuinely. Herby, savoury, even salty and SO smooth for this 42%. Actually stands up beautifuly in a G&T with a herb dressing and maybe the odd juniper berry and lemon. But this can geniunely be sipped straight from the freezer or over ice. I've never tried it with oysters but surely must also be a fine new accompaniment.

Marvellous, so is the Farmhouse gin. Wonderful nose, creamy smooth and aromatic. Possibly the nicest gin I have ever tasted.
