This is quite a young rum but is more comparable to other 8yr and 12yr rums that I've had. I use it as my 'go to' for mixed drinks but my husband adores it as a sipping rum. Each to their own.

Tried it, really is quite chemical. The dominant aroma seems to be candied pineapple. In the mouth the taste is rather flat and uninteresting, quite smooth though.

Not that great really, the smell is more chemical than vanilla tones. I am gutted as was looking forward to this one, but will be keeping it for cocktails rather than enjoying on own or with a mixer

This is the best rum i have tasted in a long time, ideal sipping rum,do not even insult it with a mixer.
