Producer's Tasting Notes
Nose
Fresh citrus notes of grapefruit upfront with earthy coriander backed-up by sweet floral juniper. Soft notes of cracked black pepper with a hint of minerality and perfumed Cotswolds lavender.
Palate
Clean, pine spice from the juniper is followed by fresh grapefruit and coriander seed. Black pepper spice builds with a touch of dryness from the angelica root. Light mineral and eucalyptus notes from the bay leaf before subtle notes of lime and lavender.
Finish
Clean and balanced. Juniper, citrus and some cooling notes from the bay leaf and cardamom.

Discovered this gin at a pub in Cotswolds during a holiday. Loved it! My favourite gin! Have bought it from here ever since.
The quality of this gin is just phenomenal. There is no comparison with the mass produced (dilute from concentrate) big brands. Depth and notes are top notch. Only one on my buy list.
This is a very tasty gin. We added a slice of red grapefruit, bay leaf and fever tonic. One of our favourite drinks.
