HKB Hong-Kong Baijiu is an innovative spirit. The first distillation takes place in Sichuan, China using traditional techniques, before being finished by a grappa producer in Italy. A Baijiu that combines east and west.

Delicate notes of red fruits, green apple and a hint of meadow grass.

Good mouthfeel and an attractive sweetness. Subtle flavours of fruit and toffee predominate. The experience is complemented by a long and fragrant aftertaste.

Very interesting flavor, quite complex and smoother than ordinary baijius. Particularly suited for innovative mixology. Great match with ginger.

When you open the bottle the aroma is a bit like being in a tropical garden. It goes very well with chocolates!

Absolutely fantastic. The fragrances coming off this are redolent of sour green apple and fresh hay. Substitute for gin in a Gin Fizz and top with sparkling green tea in lieu of soda water, and it makes for a drink that will be unanimously loved and ordered over and over again.

Great innovation, very balanced and complex, incredibly smooth and definitely a fantastic contribution to modern mixology !
