Silent Pool Gin is named for the eponymous lake near to where it is produced in Surrey. Juniper-driven with notes of lavender, chamomile and citrus, there is also some local honey in the mix.

I was introduced to this gin in a local gin bar. Served over crushed ice with half a fresh passion fruit to infuse the flavour and then pour over fever tree tonic! Delicious and very moreish!
