    • Nose

      Aromas of fruit compote, cinnamon and clove. Good clean streak running through it, but the rich spiciness dominates.

    • Palate

      A touch drier than expected, with austere peppery spice making its presence felt, but sweetened up with spicy oak and fresh apple and mango.

    • Finish

      Dry, peppery, spicy.

    • Deep dark honey, marzipan, caramel and fudge balance. Sandalwood, mango, wood and tea bags - rich and aromatic. Palate is amazing! Liquorice Allsorts, sugarcoated fennel seeds, crystallised ginger, sweet cinnamon, sherry, children's cough medicine and toffees.
