My first experience with Bastille was at Paydirt in Portland Oregon. Loved the subtle and plentiful flavors so much it is now my whiskey of choice.

I tried this Single Malt during an event for Art Basel, Miami... I was fortunate enough to personally meet Charles Daucourt (god-son of Jean-Marc Dacourt) His personality and enthusiasm for this whisky was very apparent and the taste lived up to the hype! Seriously one of the best Single Malts I've ever experienced. Hosting a party this weekend and can't wait to serve Bastille!
