Smells like bananas. Tastes like Laphroaig. Does not compute. Absolute belter.

Outstanding! The Scots must be quaking in their boots, as this surpasses many of the distilleries up North!

Very, very pale. Hint of peaty smoke but not too much. Needs a bit of water to free up the sweeter notes. This is definitely Penderyn's 'Second Team' compared to the Gold brand but that said it is still an excellent whisky in it's own right and well recommended.
