Nose
Lively aromas of honeyed fruit, grass and pink-peppercorn-studded chocolate. Floral hints, as well as red-berry fruits and some cherry menthol.

Palate
Heady and intense, with clove, cardamom and black peppercorns, combined with soft fruitiness – apple, pear and grapefruit.

Finish
Clean and fruity, with a spark of black pepper and nutmeg to liven things up.

Comment
Intense and finely poised, with clean fruits ramped up with rich spices. This is not a Cognac for someone with a sweet tooth – this is fruity, savoury and characterful, and needs time to appreciate.
