This wine uses a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes and displays a concentrated yet elegant character. Aromas of dried fruit, biscuit, blackberries and crisp red apples fill the nose. A favourite among industry experts.

- Although this wine is a non vintage it highlights the craftsmanship from the house. The wine has not been through malolatic fermentation so it retains an appley acidity to lift the darker berry fruits and the dried fruits.
  The wine is concentrated yet retains an elegance that makes it the perfect Champagne to pair with lobster, light meat dishes and fish with a creamy sauce.
