This rosé is a powerful deep coloured wine which has spent time in some oak during the first fermentation. It is then blended with the reserve wines and put into a series of barrels resembling a solera.
The Champagne is rich, with a seductive nose full of bramble fruits, cranberry, black cherries and delicious red apple.
