The nose starts off with a savoury note; forest floor, clay, chalk and pine resin are just some of the notes. As it opens, ripe apple crumble, dried fruits and a floral note appear. The palate is just as complex, the savoury notes again come through and the wine shows incredible precision.
This is a wine for sipping and savouring as it will only get better as it opens in the glass. Cheers!.
