Customer Rating

A terrific full-blooded Speysider, oozing complexity with plenty of spice, sweet fruits, heather and balanced oak interplaying with the malt. A highly-respected whisky with a loyal following.

Loved the 15 year old – perfect with one cube of ice.

Its able to say Highland on the bottle as the distillery was founded in 1893. Speyside as a region was created in 1972.

My second favorite. Only Longmorn 27 is better.

I thought Longmorn is a Speyside region whiskey, why does it say Highland on the bottle label? Fantastic dram tho! Highly recommend!

Another dearly departed Scotch. much loved. LM15 encapsulates another time of GREAT Scotch making, alas things get diluted nowadays - somehow. a Classic Speysider.

Very impressive indeed, the whisky has its own unique style. Something I have never seen before. Fruit, salt, honey and peat in perfect balance. Still not "best malt ever" because there's no such thing.

Great whisky. it is one that I truly enjoy. Very mellow, smooth and with wonderful butterscotch flavors. Too bad it has been discontinued. I look forward to trying the 16.

A truly amazing speyside scotch! Very balanced, yet colorful and complex in every stage. A few drops of water bring out every last bit of flavor! Pity it is discontinued (but the "new" 16 y.o. variety does have it's place). You can still find this lovely representative in well stocked shops! A must for every scotch enthusiast!
