    Absolute Gamechanger! I had this sake in a cocktail when visiting The Ivy, it totally transformed the drink on a whole new level. I quickly wrote down all the ingredients of the cocktail and realised the sake was the key ingredient. I then ordered a bottle for myself and my research :P

    Very smooth drink by itself. Taste is a bit difficult to figure out. 5 people tried it and 5 people had different taste experiences. But worth the price! I reduced a bit and put over very good vanilla ice cream. Pretty good.

    Got the recipe for an. Excellent cocktail from the boatyard in Lymmington and needed this ingredient. Strong sharp taste made the cocktail work brilliantly
