Eric works organically and biodynamically in the vineyards, and this attention to detail shows in the quality of these wines. The rosé is made by leaving the Pinot Noir to macerate on the skins for a short time.
The wine is partially aged in oak giving it a rich toasted note but is packed with red-berry fruits including cranberry and raspberry.

A wine. Fresh berries, a hint of vinous character over a silky curtain made of delicate and fine bubbles. On the palate is has a strong backbone, as straight as a top Bourgogne Pinot Noir wine but yet shows the delicate flavours promised on the nose. What a finish, complex and layered evolving from the fruitiness to a delicate fragrance of yeast mixed with toast. Brilliant.
